Deinhardt Designs Forget-Me-Not Long sleeve
This design is brought forward in collaboration with Daniela of @lusitano_masters. Daniela reached out to me a few months ago about creating a design to support an organization that means a lot to her, and to many: the Alzheimer’s Association. When Daniela is not riding and training, she is volunteering her time in support of the Alzheimer’s Association. She hosts an event each year to raise funds for the Association, and was hoping to have a Deinhardt Designs shirt to commemorate this event in February 2025.
As someone who has both lost people to Alzheimer’s and Dementia, and who knows many who have too, I was honored to have the chance to create a design in support of research and prevention. This design features the Forget-Me-Not flower, which is often used to symbolize Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other memory-related illnesses. The flowers fade into the background of this print to represent fading memory, but grow brighter and more clear in other parts to represent how the beauty of a person and their connections with those they love never fade, even when memory does.”
These tops run slightly small and I recommend sizing up!
